Express Attestation is Deployed
Enhancements to the State Level Registry have been deployed enabling Express Attestation by group and clinic representatives. Group and clinic representatives can now print attestation forms that, when signed by the provider, enables them to enter the State Level Registry on behalf of the provider, enter information, and upload the attestation form. Using this methodology a provider does not need to personally enter the State Level Registry. We anticipate that this will help many more providers register for the Medi-Cal EHR Incentive Program. We encourage group and clinic representatives to help register as many providers as possible, particularly before the March 31, 2012 deadline for 2011 incentive payments.
The Express Attestation process is relatively straightforward. To assist group and clinic representatives as well as providers we have created a document providing detailed instructions. It is recommended that group and clinic representatives read this document before initiating Express Attestation. Groups and clinic representatives who have already registered their group/clinic with the State Level Registry can request that their account be reopened to access the Express Attestation forms by sending an e-mail to SLRHelpdesk@acs-inc.com
Please title the subject line of the e-mail as “Express Attestation” and include the following information in the body of the e-mail:
- Name of Group/Clinic
