CheQ Rural Incentive Program Expires October 31, 2013
Rural California: Last Month to Join HIE for under $10/Month!
California Health eQuality (CHeQ) has one month remaining before the close of its Rural HIE Incentive Program. Call now to find how to adopt HIE, meet MU2, and improve care coordination – all for as little as $10/month!
- The Rural Program makes HIE adoption easier – we have vetted five experienced HIE service providers who do the heavy lifting for you.
- A physician can join for as little as $8.75 to setup and $3.50/month for the first year (increasing to $10/month thereafter).
- You don’t need an elaborate IT department to join the simpler paths to HIE, and setup can take as little as a week.
The CHeQ Rural Incentive Program discounts your up-front connectivity costs by 65%, as well as your Year I fees, but hurry – the offer ends October 31, 2013.
All physicians, clinics and hospitals in Rural and Frontier MSSAs are eligible.

No matter where you are in the process of moving toward HIE, we’re here to help. We’ll connect you with any existing HIEs already operating in your area, as well as with communities in the planning phase – whom you could join. Please call or write today with any questions:
